Acceptance, Autonomy, and Authenticity Practitioner

I’m a proud AuDHD and gay Mum to two awesome AuDHD sons. After their diagnosis, my own neurology came to make so much sense to me, and I finally found my tribe in late midlife. My life’s passion is to build community for those outside the mainstream. This one of the reasons I created TEC, The Experience Collectors. I’ve always loved the edge dwellers, that’s where I feel comfortable. I enjoy studying human behaviour and believe in lifelong learning and self-reflection.

I find solace in animals and plants, and if I had a ‘god’, she would be nature. My current hyperfocus is yoga and neurology, and how we support interoception through Asana practice.

However, constant loves of mine are animals and plants, they’re always there. I regulate emotionally by spending time alone with no noise; walking and letting the brain narrative flow.
I work on the north side and south of Brisbane city.
I cherish being part of Instinct Au and the quiet connection we create through our work. I have a passion for problem solving and finding out the ‘why’ of behaviour.
